Team Inception: August 1947, England
Current Ownership: Banks Family
Stadium: Joseph Marcell Stadium, Bel Air, California
Head Coach: Will Smith

History -

Team Geoffrey began in August 1947 as a rugby team out of England playing for Queen Elizabeth II until the team was purchased the band Led Zepplin and continued their dominance in the Guinness Premiership with 7 championship cups. Then with the untimely passing of John Bonham, one of the 4 owners, in 1980 the team was sold to Chuck Norris. Norris' Ownership moved the team to the United States and converted the championship Rugby team to American football. Struggling to pick up the changes from English Rugby to American football the team was then sold to Philip Banks September 10th, 1990 and moved into their new home in Bel-Air, California. Their long time head Coach William Smith was acquired from West Philadelphia where he quickly picked up Assistant Coach Jeffrey "Jazz" Townes out of Compton, California as his Offensive Coordinator. With a strong run under their new ownership, and the coaching of Mr. Smith Team Geoffrey experienced fast success through the 90's.
